Bee Creek UMC is involved with many missions throughout our community. BCUMC supports these local missions financially and by sending mission teams and volunteers to help with disaster recovery, building projects, and much more. You may contribute to any of these ministries at any time, just make sure that you designate “Outreach” or "(The Specific Mission)" on your financial gifts.
Helping Hand Crisis Ministry
We are proud to be a part of this ministry in the Spicewood area. Each Tuesday from 4 - 6 PM, volunteers distribute food, provide counseling, and help with crisis needs at 512 Pace Bend Road North. Volunteers are always welcome and encouraged to participate. For more information about Helping Hand Ministry, please call Marty Miller at (512) 808-6092.
The Farmacy Community Garden
The garden was established to provide organic produce for clients of the Helping Hand of Spicewood Crisis Ministry. The Farmacy team also hopes to empower individuals to take control of their health through hands-on nutrition education & by promoting the healthy eating habits that can combat illness & disease. Finally, we strive to create volunteer & learning opportunities for community members of all ages. Whether you can volunteer your talent, time, or
provide financial support, we need you!
Disaster Relief – We are always looking for ways to help when emergencies strike. Bee Creek has its own E.R.T.
(Emergency Response Team), and responds to disasters in neighboring cities and states.
