BLUEPRINT REGISTRATION is open below!

MANDATORY PARENT INFO MEETING APR. 11TH @ 4 PM!

What is Blueprint?

We stay at the Blueprint facilities and do home repair to help residents of San Antonio have warmer, safer, and drier homes. Students are divided into teams with adult leaders (everyone on a team is from the same church) and we work during the day until the afternoon when participants have free time for a couple hours. There's sports equipment, board games, and time to chat and hang out! We have worship in the evenings and plenty of opportunities to serve!

It is an amazing trip and empowers the students in their projects to try new things and make a difference!

Kaleigh needs adult volunteers to be a part of this amazing experience this summer! Please reach out to Kaleigh at kaleigh@beecreekumc.org with questions and to let her know that you want to come.

REGISTER HERE!

Registration is due by the April 11th parent info meeting! Contact Kaleigh with any questions!

Interested in being an adult leader? We need positive and compassionate adults to go with us - and your trip cost will be covered!

We believe

YOUTH LEAD!

We believe that Youth Lead and here at Bee Creek UMC we are committed and invested in the lives of our youth and the youth of the community.  We see the amazing potential the youth offer in the life of the church, the community, and the world.  Youth today desperately need to know that they matter and are heard, seen, and loved and we pray that they sense these things from the moment they walk into our doors.  God is up to incredible things in the lives of the youth at our church and we would love for your teenager to join us.

Release Form can be found here.

Bee Creek Youth Ministry provides a place for students to begin a relationship with Jesus, through which they will discover everything God made them to be. Our students learn to live the best kind of life by caring about the things God cares about - justice, mercy, humility, and love.

Curriculum Planning

At Bee Creek, the Student Ministries Team creates the Sunday morning lessons based off the pastor's message so that the whole family can connect and share together about the same topics!

We greatly value your feedback and input in the lessons we are teaching our children and youth!

If you couldn't make it to our most recent curriculum planning brainstorm - no sweat! Below is a link to the Youth Google Document! We have lessons through December so be sure to check it out!

Evening Youth Group is now The Overlook!

A fitting name since we get to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake! The Overlook is at 4 pm on Sundays before our Evensong service at 5! A Zoom link will also be sent out so you can join us remotely.

We will do a devotional about that evening's scripture and check in with each other! See you there!

Youth Ministry Programming

We have a number of ways that you can connect with Youth Ministry at Bee Creek UMC!

Sunday School,  Sundays at 9:30am and 11:00am

We meet in the sanctuary for worship and then the youth are dismissed to Sunday School.

Youth Dinners - First Sunday of Every Month

Join us for dinner, fun, and good conversation! Usually hosted by a member of the congregation.

Service Nights - Third Sunday of Every Month

Bring friends and complete a service project for local, national, and international organizations. Kaleigh will sign for service hours, too.

Let's Play Some Volleyball, Thursdays from 7:00-9:00pm

If you are 15 or older and love some healthy competition, come meet us in the gym.

Open Gym, Sundays 2:00pm-4:00pm and Wednesdays 6:00pm-8:00pm,

Tuesdays 11:00am - 1:00pm and Thursday's 11:00am - 1:00pm

Come and bring your friends to our open gym times to sharpen your 'hoop skills' or

just hang out with friends in our gym.

Monthly Youth Dinners!

The first Sunday of the month, members of the congregation host the youth group for dinner!

It's a great way to build connections with the youth if you don't have a teen in the youth group!

It can be inside or by the pool, and is always tons of fun!

Please email Kaleigh at kaleigh@beecreekumc.org if you are interested in hosting a Youth Dinner in 2020!
