What do you like about working with children? I love children’s raw curiosity and yearning to connect. I am blessed to have the opportunity to walk beside them at Bee Loved as they learn and grow through hands on and social experiences.

How does your background support your work at Bee Loved? My background and love for science motivates me to take classroom experiences outdoors. Classroom experience and being mom to four daughters has given me the tools to love and support young children with patience and understanding as they navigate their preschool years.

What makes you smile? To see young children who are just beginning to form relationships outside of their home connect with their peers and demonstrate kindness, respect, and empathy, a true reflection of Jesus’ teachings, brings a smile to my face.

Our mission is to provide the children in our community with a loving Christian setting; to offer a nurturing and encouraging environment; to guide children in learning about themselves, the world and God’s love; to build children’s self-esteem; and to see children, not as they are now, but as what they can become. What does our mission mean to you? I have a tremendous amount of gratitude for the opportunity to live out the Bee Loved Preschool mission in our community. The time I spend with the children of Bee Loved truly is a gift. I am so very lucky to be a small part of each precious child’s unique life story.
